21 (Nota all’art. 115). Con l’art. 9, comma 2, della legge costituzionale n. 3 del 2001, supra cit. Il testo abrogato così recitava: Art. 115 «Le Regioni sono costituite in enti autonomi con propri poteri e funzioni secondo i principî fissati nella Costituzione».
